There are several reasons why I decided to start this blog. I needed an outlet. tweeting just didn’t give me the outlet I needed for the things that are going on in my life. I had a Live Journal account and have recently found that I’ve outgrown it. It was cool back when I was 22 or so but it was just time to move on to bigger and better things.
I also wanted to give people an idea of what it’s like to live with partial vision. People assume that because I am “legally blind” I can’t see anything and therefore think it’s going to be hard to hang out with me. Luckily I have a wonderfully supportive group of friends who doesn’t think like that.
I also wanted a place to share ideas on living on a budget, living as a Pagan and just living. Making a blog for each one of these things just seemed rediculous since there are a lot of people who have similar interests.
