Summer is Definitely Here!

Today has been a lazy day around my house. There’s tons of work to get done but it’s just too hot to do it.
I woke up late after staying up til after 2am working on blog stuff, working on my paper, and doing some good old fashioned slacking.
I’m currently trying to come up with a dinner idea that requires us not to heat up the house with the oven or stove. The crock pot would have been a great idea if I’d have thought of it a few hours ago!
What are you doing to beat the heat today?
