Techno Tuesday – mSecure Iphone App

With all of the things I do online and within my personal life I felt it was time to organize the cluttered mess of my wallet and desk. I have little slips of paper in a note book with my various online logins and other personal info. I have post its telling me what my prescriptions are, my eyeglasses strength, my clothing size and even my bra size! I can’t begin to keep track of all of this. We’re not even getting into my other personal information. I seem to always be running to the other room to grab my credit card or checkbook for something.
The other day I found an app that could really be a step forward in keeping me organized. It’s called mSecure!
What this app does is keep a alphabetized (by name or type) list of my most needed but forgotten details. What’s my password for each of my 3 blogs? It’s in there! What’s my credit card number? Well it’s not in there yet!
If you’re worried about the security of the program you shouldn’t be. First off it has a password protected mode you can set it to. This way if your phone is ever misplaced or stolen nobody can get to it. I have my phone password protected anyway.
This app is not free. it costs around $2.99. Honestly this isn’t a bad deal considering apps with much less functionality cost twice as much.
If you’re an unorganized mess like me and you want to start getting organized then mSecure is what you are looking for.
(note I am NOT in any way affiliated with mSecure or Apple. I am just talking about the things I like about the app.)

I wanted to also let you all know that with the move to self hosting there will be a bit of dust over the next couple weeks. While I work on the ins and outs of this new adventure please excuse any lack of posting or communication that may occur.
